Testing a 2nd topic in Support

This is my 2nd topic. Now that I seem to have webhooks configured, will this create a ticket automatically or do I need to do that?

For some reason I got 2 entries in the ticket on the ZD side. Perhaps it WAS auto-created but then I made another one? Or maybe it’s because both targets & webhooks are now firiing…? :thinking:

That was it! I didn’t need to hit the Create ticket in Zendesk button. By simply posting, and having the ‘comment’ setting enabled, the new post was attached to the existing ticket in ZD.

WOO HOO!! And now I have the sync working. This and the previous comment were sent from ZD and showed up in Discourse.

I want to see if I even need to configure the Target. So I’ve deactivated that and am sending this new update.

And can I link an image from an outside source?

Is it possible to add nofollow to a link?
